Which collector for your machine
CM series (600-2000 CMH) - for oil and emulsion coolant mist on turning centres, machining centres, surface and cylindrical grinders, saws and parts washing. Three-stage cassette filtration, 99% efficiency, quiet and compact.
ESP series (1000-4000 CMH) - for neat cutting oil, grinding smoke, EDM, welding smoke and oil quench, where particles are sub-micron. Electrostatic collection, 99% efficiency, no disposable filters - the collecting cells are washed and reused.

How we size it
We size on the machine enclosure, not the shop floor: enclosure volume in cubic metres x 6 air changes per minute gives the airflow you need in CMH. A typical enclosed CNC lathe needs 550-750 CMH; larger machining centres and multi-spindle machines scale up. One correctly sized unit per machine, running whenever the spindle runs - no ducting, no central plant.
