Welding fume extractors and dust collection
Portable and mobile fume extractors that capture welding smoke at the arc - before it reaches the welder's breathing zone. Wheeled units, flexible arms, no ducting, no compressed air.
Not sure which unit fits your welding setup? Read the welding fume extractor selection guide - how to match extraction to your process, when portable or mobile units are enough, and when a centralised system makes sense.
FE 1200M - portable welding fume extractor
A compact wheeled extractor for small to medium welding shops, on-site jobs and training institutes. The flexible 360-degree arm captures fumes right at the welding source; multi-stage filtration (pre-filter, high-efficiency cartridge and activated carbon layer) cleans the air before it returns to the shop.

The wider fume and dust range
Beyond the portable units, the range covers single-arm and multi-station smoke purifiers (FE 80 to FE 350 series), pulse blowback units, top-suction dust collection, vibration dust removal, HNP dust removal and laser welding extraction. The full catalogue has configurations and photos.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the FE 1200M and the FE 1500M?
Both are mobile welding fume extractors with flexible extraction arms. The FE 1200M (1,200 m3/h, 0.75 kW) suits small to medium welding shops, on-site jobs and training institutes. The FE 1500M (1,500 m3/h, 1.1 kW) adds a spark arrestor in the suction hood and a PTFE flame-retardant cartridge rated 0.3 micron, for heavier welding duty.
Do these units need compressed air or ducting?
No. Both run on a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply, use manual filter cleaning and work standalone - wheel them to the welding station, position the arm and switch on.
Can the extractor handle oily mist or mixed dust?
These fume extractors are built for welding fumes and dry dust applications. For oil or coolant mist from machining, see our CM and ESP mist collector ranges. If your process produces a mixed stream, WhatsApp us the details and we will confirm suitability before recommending a unit.
Do you have bigger or multi-station fume extraction systems?
Yes - the wider range covers single-arm and multi-station purifiers, pulse blowback units, top-suction and vibration dust collectors, and laser welding extraction. Download the full fume and dust catalogue or send your layout on WhatsApp and we will size it.
How do I get a price?
WhatsApp us your welding process, number of stations and shift pattern. We recommend the model and quote - usually the same day.
